As of January 2019 there has been a change the format for presenting the Management Team Committee Minutes, the AGM/EGM minutes, on this page.
They will now be posted as PDF files and you will need the CODS Members password to access the PDF files.
Our apologies for the extra security but it seems it was possible to access the old minutes on some search engines without a password.
Latest committee minutes are at the top of the list. These minutes go back to June 2019. If you need to read previous minutes please contact the Minutes Secretary.
